When I joined here. I studied thoroughly about it by reading books, particularly Neogenisis by Dr. James Ferrel and videos provided free for members to complete the certificate course, which I passed. As I have already done my two degrees in Alternative Medicines, the MD (AM) and PhD (AM), I was able to grasp all that Life Dynamix shares with all for better health and wellness of all.

My lifestyle seems very compatible with Life Dynamix as I believe in naturalism, the humanistic psychology and the natural philosophy, it seems as if a family over here in the community. The peace and nonviolence as being my ideals I am able to convey myself in a better way.

In my entire life, I have never met a person like Steven Ferrel, who can devote everything for a cause for the welfare of all. He is an ideal not idol that way. In my interactions with him, it seems that it is very difficult to sacrifice so much for a global causes in which we have very rare people, and of course his family, the parents including are extraordinary in a special way as all is practical not just a a show to get name, fame and money.

You no longer feel inspired to pick up your camera and spend a day shooting inspired pictures. When was the last time you spent a day in the photography stacks at your public library? Most of the books on photography found there are pretty dated, at least they are at the brick and mortar public libraries that I visit, but the photo anthologies are excellent sources of inspirations. Great photographs are ageless, and I never come away from a day flipping through those tombs without a plethora of ideas for my own photography.

The products that are not recyclable need greater attention. For example the polythene bags, plastic products, electronic and electrical products, and thus almost all of modern products need a solution so that all can earn and invest to help the environment. The non-re-cyclic products can be taken back by the manufactures via the shops or where these are sold.

It can make all earn some points as if social grading. More grades one gets more loyal the customer will be to the company and by all means to the society and nature. It helps our social environment to allow nature to serve us. We can solve almost all problems related to pollution if we know how to manufacture (produce), use and dispose.

Now, the last word disposal needs to be our offering thanksgiving as if investment to nature so that our lives go smoothly as well as of all living and non-living ones in the nature, particularly on our earth. In my opinion as many people also think and believe so while asking a major question:

What kind of behavior and reaction the doctors and heath workers expect from the patients, civilians and others so that social stability can make all contribute towards building a nation like India and world community?

If this question is not answered the behavior modification may violate all rules and regulations that nation and world community offers as to all civilians. We cannot claim that opposition is sign of rebellions behavior that needs behavior modification otherwise we will not have any human living life as with any civilian right to protest and seek legal help for normal life.

It seems that reactive brain (mind) is the essential identity that has some harms coming from behavior modification even leading to identity theft or changing the identity to something which one is not.

The following subjects are of great importance that can greatly help the medical world if it is put and enforced into medical syllabus as thus very essential to be a better civilians, the essence of personal contribution as social level:

1. Language, Grammar and Literature

2. Creative Arts like music, painting and so many others

3. Philosophy for higher thinking and wisdom that society needs

4. Psychology as a full fledged subject not just some parts that even layman know to lead the society

5. Sociology for understanding the social structure and its relation with social development

6. Comparative Study of Health Sciences services from ancient times to even now, as Ayurveda, Homeopathy and all other practices. It is not studying all of it for making mockery, but respecting it as well otherwise granny's any advice may seem just a fun.

7. Comparative Religious Studies that can help to understand the psyche of humans and thoughts, emotions and all that relates to mental, family and social health based topics

8. Role of Sports in life

9. Geographical effects that has not only health issues, but constitutes the cultures and customs of the world

10. All that relates to health by any means

Now, in the western civilizations, all of the above always have been prominent as Christianity and some other world religions and faiths are well understood as integrated with daily life even if one does not believe in any religion or faith.

The problem in the eastern countries do not have strong educational structure and thus the medical students and many of the doctors practice only one thing putting one to diagnose and treat without ever following what has been the marvel of health sciences, the concept of family doctor.

It is very noticeable that many doctors treat patients as if they are rats. Only the doctor is the most respectable person as all depend on them. We also notice that doctors usually consider that all other people, who have no medical degrees like MBBS or MD are inferior to them. Even the dental doctor is not considered a full fledged doctor.

The modern health revolutions has given the doctors status equal to the scientists as they conduct all experimentation with scientific equipments. Their say also surpasses that of the thinkers as their health reports determine whether one is right or wrong as it so in the law and order when medical reports make great influence leaving room for its tempering.

In my opinion, the doctors and pharmaceutical lobby has emerged as the most dominating authority. However, for better world order there is need that as a technicians have their works limited to information technology and even all others have field that describes them, the medical world in east needs it otherwise there may be famines or diseases that simply uses medical team distribute the medicines and public remains in health related threats.

Conclusively, they need more training so that the misuse of the equipments is not used by untrained doctors just see the effects and results because it is worse than terrorism as medical world cannot be asked for anything that appears questionable. In last few decades the civilians has lost the identity and are just known as common people without any recognition.

I believe we are losing the sense of equality no matter how influential we prove that it is not so. So, we may better pay attention as it helps us all.

If one has any difference in status, class, rich or poor, reactive to anything that is considered making of any kind of pollution, say sound pollution, one will be put to more reactive conditions that are just circumstantial and it is recorded as source to check the reactivity as if one has behavior problem, but basically the vehicles and all other industrial works and activities surpass the pollutions and thus any such report that says one reacts to it is totally misleading and those, who complain are spreading the pollution that has harmed health and life in east.

They may have laurels of great honors and respect from the westerner or developed countries or may be most of the authorities and officials including politicians, but it does not justify that whatever is pollution of any kind can be acceptable and thus one should not react to it because the people involved are highly influential with given and getting recognition and status from around the global community.

Thus, most of the social interactions in which officials are involved as even when they are not on duty, there is no civilian attitude, but official as we say they have governmental executable powers that they can use at the right time when one is in helpless condition, the time when one needs governmental services most. I am sure some attention will be paid if we are not in that kind of helpless condition.

It will improve the social development in which most of the people are going through global suffering living with hope only as if there will be time when it will be heard and shared.

Otherwise, it may heavily harm the youth and the sensitive people, who want to serve the world community, and I am sure it can be cured with little attention and some efforts.

When I raise any of such issue my blog is put to spam, so far 3 blogs blocked. Who complains, I do not know and I would not ask for it either.

10 Points about How Private Sector Needs Government and Public Involvement - Saving Market from Corruption, Crime and Extremism of Competition

The most integrated system that runs every country in our entire world is the government. This has a great thread that has synchronization among countries in the thread named democracy. We all pay taxes and may sacrifice everything for our nation, and this essence of patriotism cannot be private sector that seems to dominate the global market.

We notice that when companies in the private sector are in trouble particularly the economic crises the help from the government is sought. Most of the governments have helped many companies. In return, they may not allow the public share in their companies. This private share is the share of government with which both the government and public both can get many benefits.

Many companies started with government share, which was later cut down until it was zero percent. It has created so many harms to the system:

1. The small companies can not compete with the big companies and thus most of the small companies have gone bankrupt and are locked now.

2. The competition has given greater facilities, but it has invited greater harm as all the facilities are not from the companies, but from the income. Thus, public investment that could have been for social property and services has gone to rich people, who in many countries avoid paying the taxes to the governments.

3. Most of us attracted by the luxurious facilities and services without even realizing that we are paying for it from own pocket.

4. It has deformed the actual and thus philosophical concept of privation, which is employing all the unemployed youth and people in general in the governmental services on the contract bases. For example, a teacher on regular basis is paid 3-5 times higher than the one on the contract base and thus privation.

5. The building that are constructed and maintained by private sector are heavily charged, but the unemployed is touching the sky. All of it can be managed by the government by contract bases. On the other hand, we claim that labor is not available in the market and thus nothing is going smooth, but it seems misguiding.

6. If one is given work on the bases of achieving target in any field, it misuses all talents as anyone can achieve the target say as in banking and insurance to all other products and services offered by the private sector. The government funds even the major semi-governmental sector in which there is major share from the government. However, the conflict between government and private sector seem to have surpassed not only corruption, but also has brought crime and mafia kind of involvements in the market that threatens the real or true spirit of democracy.

7. Most of the departments like railways work for 24 hours, but at the same time the well built buildings remain light flooded at night, which can have work and employment for all at the contract bases, which is less in wages up to 3 to 5 times less. One such example is Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Gurantee Act)

8. The free education and health care with huge funds coming as charity need attention so that the government services get major contribution to public, particularly in the developing countries. (Literacy in India - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), but the public schools want to attract most of the students with high fee, expensive books, which are help and guide books not the text books that are of very low cost with all services and teaching provided at almost free or what we say affordable. The improvement that can be brought by original concept of privatization based on hiring contract based teachers can be highly effective and can excel higher than the private schools that may not be affordable for majority of the population.

9. The private sector needs to include the share into their companies via governmental share so that public invests in the share that are controlled by the government as if investing in the banks otherwise the fluctuations in the share can harm the spirit of the market leading to disintegration as a result more corruption and crime.

10. We keep talking about the stable government for national improvement, but we do not work in the market, which government regulates and thus stability in the market is more important. In most cases, the rates and share market fluctuate and threatens the global economical stability and thus risk of involvement of brain that works for the companies not for the nations. It harms the national spirit and creates disharmony (excessive competitions, job sackings, rivalry, insecurity and so many other anti-social ways growing and developing rapidly) in the society as one favors what benefits the company not country, is not it.

There are pros and cons in it, but the strengthening of government by public sector is Utopian Thought as we may assume that they pay more taxes, but the it has put unemployment so high that people seem to live in poverty due to reasons discussed above, particularly in the developing and under-developing countries, we can view the video related to it:

He gave us a perfect place to live and
we turned it into our play ground thinking
only of ourselves.

Move the wildlife, to hell with the
environment. Our needs supersede
all others.

We need more oil to keep up with
the demand so pollution is "collateral
damage." A phrase I heard once
spoken about innocent civilians
killed in the war.

We are screaming at BP, boycotting
their company for mistakes they made
when in the long run, in the reality of
it all, you and I are to blame.

We are the reason oil companies drill.

We are the reason that, even in my own
backyard, gas companies are leasing
beautiful, natural land and farms, so that
they can pump chemicals into the ground
to release gas deposits. They call this
"fracking."

Already water systems have been polluted,
and the earth changed in ways we will one
day regret.

How Philosophy Defends the Entire Ecosystem

A philosophy is a natural product of the intellect. Every human has a philosophy by which it lives, an intellectual declaration of a personal relationship with all other life, a statement of expectations and obligations, a pronouncement of self. That philosophy furnishes the very basis for personal behavior, and it establishes the value of a human to itself and all other life.

Early humans used spiritual guidance. Every tribe had its own version. Primitive tribal philosophers premised supernatural beings who demanded certain behaviors and promised swift and severe punishment for infractions. Later philosophers premised their ilk as superior beings who had the ability to create truth from within their own minds. Such philosophers, though many were intellectually gifted, forsook reality, believing the human mind can transcend observation. They created philosophy through their own conjecture and imagination, building great intellectual castles on highly questionable foundations. Most modern philosophers synthesize their philosophy from the tenets of their elitist ideology (PC).

But the universe is real, life is real, and the human is real. The philosophy of the human should be real also. What makes a philosophy real? There is a simple test. If the logic that supplies a philosophical expectation or behavioral conclusion is based on verifiable fact, it is likely to be real. The shorter the chain of logic from the provable premise, the more apt the conclusions are true. If the logic has no real basis (is based on dogma), its conclusions, though possibly true, are likely to be at least misleading and are probably false. All existing philosophies are based on dogma.

An alternative is presented: a philosophy developed directly from real knowledge, in most cases with a single logical step. This philosophy is dynamic. It adjusts to new knowledge as it is developed. It gives purpose, direction and reason to life. It supplies a basis for human moral and ethical conduct. It includes the entire ecosystem.

In my opinion all that the government possesses and uses if from, by and for public and thus it is the most common identity, the governmental body, which is a the biggest public property that any nation possesses. If we cannot utilize for all that we pay our taxes and work for, we may be causing more troubles if not any good. We all represent a nation and if it is group or body, we are never excluded. Thus, it deserves the highest priority that the public property and services get the same status as the charity organizations, is not it.

Moreover, when we earn from insurance and other governmental sector, all of it also services, so we need to pay attention that Internet organizations, may all be private or nongovernmental, like Google support this cause for greater good in favor of all in the public. It can give a greater level of governmental services as if charity organizations offer when we compare all the rates of private sector with it for anything that we say "in the market".

In the developing countries, the governmental services in health, education and all other kinds of possible ones are cheaper than even the charity or non-profit organizations when we compare the rates at which these are provided, however the private sector seems to take over most of the governmental services and we may find our selves in great need of amendments in future, while comparing governmental, charity and private sector services. It is not any kind of difficult right now as it seems to me.

In my opinion, there is not a need of controlling the fine services
offered by the Google, but giving priority to all those facilities and
services offered by the government is hourly need of our times as it
seems to me. When we go for any Google search it shows some priorities
that are somehow can be manipulated by experts and it is even then
good if ads by the governmental sector is given priority. For example,
we notice results for world and for our nation, however both do not
represent the government. The one option can be free services provided
to ads by government as if "Search Governmental Service Ads", which is
as when it is run by AdSense in some cases as "Public Service Ads".

This area of governmental services needed for reducing the increasing
Cyber Crime as the Google cannot have such high level of detective
systems that the defense and security of the nation and thus the
government offers and thus world runs well.

Thus, there is need of additional buttons, yes the search button and
also priority given to the ads and services offered by the government
to the public. There are lots of comparisons about how the rates vary
from company to company, but I have not observed its comparison with
the rates offered for the same by the government. It can greatly help
us to see how our governments serve us. Thanks!

I have this old mantle clock that belonged to
my mom. My dad gave it to me years ago
after mom had passed away.

I have mixed emotions about having it. I love
it because it was hers, but it also holds some
bad memories.

You see it chimes. Nothing elaborate. It counts
out the hour and rings once on the half. Or at
least it used to. Now you never know what
number it will ring.

The only bad feelings about it comes from the
fact that when my mother was home dying from
cancer she asked that it be unplugged. Hearing
the hours count down really angered and frightened
her.

Still, I want to get it fixed so we can remember the
good hours we had with her.

I took it to a local clock shop the other day.

"I know this has no particular value as a clock,
but it was my Mom's and I need to get it fixed,"
I said to the shop owner.

I went on to describe the problem.

"We get a lot of these in. Here's what I do.
We remove the clock works and replace it
with a battery operated movement that
chimes electronically. It will cost about
$135.00," he told me.

"You can't fix this?"

"No, we don't have the time nor the parts."

I thanked him and went home. I called
a few other places and was told the same thing.

"How incredibly sad," I told the last one.

We've become a society that replaces
craftmanship with convenience and easy fixes.
We copy the original instead of creating one.
We replace handcrafted with machine cut.

We duplicate instead of originate.

It sounds so much like life itself.

Each of us is an original, one of a kind, but we
find it so much easier to copy another style than
to develop our own.

We are "wanna be's" rather than "hey, world,
look at me!"

We fail to see the real value in who we are,
so we spend our life trying to be someone
else.

So, this beautiful hand crafted clock will one
day be deemed useless. Not because it
couldn't be fixed. It's just easier not to.

Imagine for a moment if this happened with
people. Someone comes into a hospital
with a failing heart, kidney, liver or other vital
part and the doctor said, "Sorry, we can't
fix this...we don't have the parts!"

Wait. That does happen.

Why?

Because we don't have enough organ donors.

People would rather die with all their parts
to rot in a grave rather than leave them to save
someone's life.

Oddly, when asked why more people don't
sign up to become an organ donor it's for the
same reason..."No one has the time!"

I am sure that this series is going to awaken our present times with history of the past. As Japan has been technologically advanced it can lead to great problem as we observe today.

The racism is level of survival mode, in which the living standards, which is the essence of ethics, value system, natural world and human rights gets violated in creating Civilian Rights and its Role and Essence in Sense of Living, as when now we seem to defend our cultures and traditions around the world, we are in a kind of racism with modernization going fully technological.

The most of the dictatorship and imperialism came from Europe, and after the revolution there, particularly the Industrial Revolution, the civilizations have seemingly deformed as most of the revolutions end up in deformation and look for evolution kind of theories to cover up and find the lost path as it seems present in the present times when again the USA is being made a comrade by the European Union and conflicts are going as USA sends its army and troops supported by European Union resulting in hatred against them and bringing people to notice as one thing puts USA back - who is not friend of USA is not its friend is its Enemy, which is similar or perhaps same as Divide and Rule.

USA and Canada has multicultural history that says - Unite and Serve Nation. In the USA its great contribution from the many people from around the world, but things seem to change when we consider the New World Order fully functioning in Europe as One Continent, One Visa, One Currency and One goes as for One World. Will they leave USA as a separate civilization as it is going for invading other countries in various parts of the world, this so created hatred will make Europe as the most civilized as now seems and USA as the threatening and uncivilized even though it has a great history of its own in the North and South America Continents or USA in general.

The lungs are the central place where the oxygen is converted into carbon dioxide; it is like leaves conducting the process of photosynthesis. Like on the tree there are millions of leaves so there are millions of porous in the lungs, which look like the leaves on the branches of the tree. The effects of the left and the right nostril are also very prominent while its effects cause many other useful signals for the individual. The operating of the rights an indication that one’s brain is ready to process the one analytical activities, like doing Math and Science, once the left is on it indicates that one need to leave the analytical work and do some creative thing like enjoy taking liquids. It also constitutes the reason for gap study methods.

If one keeps on studying ignoring the effects of the left and right nostrils, the brain fag results along with digestive disorders. It weakens the individual’s memory. The other aspect is that when the left nostril is working; the creative works can be done. Usually after doing creative works one feels hunger not thirsty, the reason seems that the right nostril starts to work after sometime. So in most of the cases the artists create the food or eating syndrome, just because they usually forget the eating and drinking process as the body indicates by the working of the nostrils. Moreover it appears to be the cause, that people who are prone to self indulgence feel either very thirst or hungry and in extreme cases hunger and thirst is dead. It is not that they have gone insane; it is simply the bad eating and drinking habits.

Once this goes to what is popularly known the solar plexus in the east, it is said to be strained up, causing severe symptoms of lack of hunger and thirst along with illusions and hallucinations, like a temporary attack of psychosis. Its repetitions cause it to be permanent state of mind, such that once one goes through it, the symptoms recur. To stop this recurring the proper signals of the left and right nostril are to be followed regularly.

This energy related with these two nostrils when resonates with bio-energy with or outside, we are in commune with Mother Nature. This is what happens when one does the Pranayama.

One nostril of the nose is closed and inhaling is done from the other, then it is closed and breath is controlled for few moments. It is then exhaled (released) from the one that was closed. The next step is to inhale from the same nostril, which was closed first, while the second one is now closed. What it does is a wonder.

When the breath was inhaled from the right nostril, it carries the positive charge that recharges the right side of the body, particularly the lungs. To stop it for few moments is to let it work properly. This recharging with the negative charge is done when one inhales from the left nostril. This process of Pranayama is of utmost importance. Like magnetizing of water is a magnet-therapy. Similarly, this process is much more than that; it is Electro-magnetizing body and brain with doing it through and on the breath.

This electromagnetically charged breath is one’s one of the strongest defense exercises cum medicines; against the pollution and diseases caused by it, that we are globally taking now a days. Again there is a great deal about the relevant nostril, like the left one is the Moon Nerve (Lunar) or the Chandar Nadi; the negative energy booster. The nerve of creativity, the aesthetic nerve, and a natural gift for what we may think. The right one is the Sun (or solar) or Surya Nadi, the positive energy the booster of analysis (analytical faculties). And when both of the nostrils are working then its reaction is believed to be on the on the center of the body and thus spreading to the both sides the body, particularly the lungs.

The central nerve (Sukhmna Nadi or Neutral) nerve- the self-communication the time to pray, seeking divine help, the faith enrichment moments etc. There is no end as there is no start either.

We need to consider it that when breath the inhaling and exhaling creates friction not just with the nostrils, but the entire path it pass through, the passage or track of breathing; the respiratory system. The hair in nose are sensitive to this friction as is the smelling abilities of nose react to it. No matter what kind of smell the breathe brings all has its effect on the olfactory system, and the sound of it has direct link with the auditory system below the Pineal Glad, the rest of effects has also many wonder, the reason for focusing on breathing and thus the Pranayama.

"Let us see now how breathing recharges our bio-electric battery.
According to yoga theory, our Right nostril is termed Surya (Sun)
Nadi and is considered + ve. When we breath through right nostril,
our body warms up. Left nostril is considered Chandra (Moon) Nadi

body reduces. The difference between these extreme electric potential

semen is difficult to store in body, and its maturing (in teenagers)

is obvious. When this energy rises further to swadhistan chakra,
digestion improves. Further, in Manipur Chakra, adrenal glands

end, when this energy enters Sahastrar Chakra, corresponding to
pineal gland, yogi sees a constant light in the center of forehead.
All 20,000 chips of brain get excited now, and this is termed
awakening of Kundalini power, one is able to see past, present and
future. All great poets, scientists, philosophers, oratories have
awakened the kundalini with dominance of pituitary gland, while those
whose kundalini awakens with dominance of pineal gland, become
saints, they can realize the knowledge of self, have foresight, good
character and benign outlook for every one.

Brain cells can be charged by specific breathing exercises. It can
now be understood why we breath through alternate nostrils during
anuloma-viloma pranayama. On the other hand, heavy forceful breathing
with both nostrils simultaneously will cause equal charging of CSF,
the flow is then considered neutral, awakening Sushumna nadi. This
sushumna nadi is useful to upgrade the stored energy and send it
upwards to higher charkas. On its own, Sushumna nadi is active early
morning (time termed Brahma muhurtam). By combining meditation and
breathing, one can cure or reduce intensity of CNS diseases (e.g.
Tinnitus) or even make tumors dormant. Even diabetics can regain

Thus, the effect of these three phases of the nostril is also the base of the center of the biorhythmic-clock present in our body. Just above the center of the eyebrows. As said earlier ignoring the effect of these also creates disturbance in the biorhythm. The biorhythmic clock is also known as the psychic center. The person, who ignores it, is prone to be psychotic. Usually we may forget that what one eats so one thinks. This is the nutshell for one to understand that eating is not just a process; it is much more than this. It includes many other things; like proper time, Nadi or nerve, place, right way of eating, and other conditions that apply to a particular food and thus eaten food causes proper effect on one’s psychic center and the other organs and related functioning of the body, mind and heart. With medicines, one can cause a temporary relief from the effects only, not from the cause.

The cause is balanced from the psychic center by the proper food therapy, meditation, relaxation and recreation while going through the auto-suggestive method of self - counselling.

In Gurbani, the collection of spiritual teachings as we also know it the Wisdom Tree, there are very clear instructions how one needs to eat and go through the process of extracting the right results from the food. The dissipation of energy, produced by the food, is the maximum through speech. If we keep harmony with these systems we may also know what to speak, that is topic on which the brain is ready to speak. For example if one wants to speak about some topic of arts and the right nostril is working. It would not be suitable to give speech, the body may be indicating the need for something to eat or if not the speech needs to be that of a critic rather than going deep into the aesthetic details.

A Cricket match between India and Mumabi may seem funny statement, but
if there are two opinions and reactions to the same news it is because
of the twisted language.

It may seem saying that something from Bangladesh has entered into
Kolkata, and then restating it as something from Bangladesh has
entered into India may give two reactions on the same statement:

1. One looks angry at hearing something from Bangladesh has entered
into India is said to Kolkata not India

2. One looks angry hearing the same statement as something from
Bangladesh has entered into India

Now both statements and reactions can be used as desired without ever
revealing the truth behind the twisting or manipulating the
statements.

The statements that speak about states and nation, particularly India
needs to be stated as country to country interactions when it is fully
related with a foreign nation and India as it can have two meanings
and thus angry looks from the people, the public; the citizens.

It seems to me that the Indian media need to take care we all, the
Indians want to be sure that nothing that ever intends or pretends to
make any statement of separatism may harm unity and integration of the
nation. It may be sown through media now and can become a tree without
shadow in future.

The manifestation of Mother Nature is one of the most wonderful a blissful occurrence. The Mother Nature seems as if she is continuously going towards a pearl of rosary of pearls. The pearl of the first and the last is not known, see the wonder of the threat which makes all pearls be one thing, one of many and many in one, piously: one together called rosary for our purpose, we have three things:

1. Pearls (whether 27, 54,or 108)

2. Thread

3. Rosary

Now what are we having:

1. Thread- the spirit

2. Rosary- the Nature

3. Pearls- the souls (the self)

The rosary is a symbol of continuity. See our age, we take birth live and die. All forms of life in Mother Nature’s lap are lime rosary in which each and every existence is like a pearl. This continuity of rosary and thus life seems like a dream. The whole creation is a dynamic constitution which is acted and played on itself by the creation (spirit) Himself. In its perfect uniqueness all things and yet both living and non-living, yes spirit and matter evolve and emerge into Him like rivers into the sea. Like a wave emerges back into the sea, its relativity and continuity has its own divine and yet the most simple form that we call nature laws based on Her own principles.

These laws and principles constitute the whole creation and are embedded in each and everything that is created. In this birds, plants, animal, trees, and all other species has the privilege, honor and divine credit of being created and thus part and parcel of Mother Nature, still the human life which in the chain of actions and reactions goes much higher at the level of conscience, the distinctive factor is the difference between human life and all other types of life create the meaning fullness: survival and living to make it more clear that we do survive like other living identities, yet our survival has added distinction bases on our living standards.

The freedom of thought and action with their proper and systematic approach, any human can transform the energy of desire to the channel of feelings that co-relate to the thought and action in such a way that human can act from the psychic centre, Moreover, developing towards this and using proper channeling of these, one can attain any type of information, knowledge and wisdom, and all are free to do so like listener to listen and reader to read.

Likewise, anyone can experience all of the milestones, stoppages and destinations of human life-travelling from biology to bio-energy, the systems of the Mother Nature at all places and at all times. Each thought is like a seed and each emotion like a season, the seasons and weather change, still we harvest what we reap if we sow a seed of a tree, and it will produce the very tree. Same is the true for what we think and do.

To understand the bio-energy that governs the universe, we connect the concentration and meditation follow each other, like heart and mind even when we think, our concentration level changes, sometimes we release healing energy and sometimes we may need it. It depends on our thought; concentration gets great attention as well as theory of the Resonance. Thus, our mind generates alpha, Beta and Theta rays and waves thus create vibration of our aura, which not affects us but also others.

As we transit through conscious, subconscious and unconscious by concentration, the thought wave energy and related waves and vibrations slow calm, positively. Lack of concentration is like a shocking of electromagnetic energy and all related systems, organs or even cells of our body. In the body, it is not that what mind is functioning is totally hidden, there are many chemical, physiological, biological, etc., changes in one’s body such that the whole body represents the activities and functions that are taking place in the nervous system. Suppose, one is sitting while pondering about water, suddenly the person feels thirsty. The one drinks water, because the thirst was felt. It seems very right, but it may not be in harmony with one’s knowledge about the body. If one feels thirsty, the first thing to be noted is that the person checks which nostril of the nose is inhaling and exhaling.

Three Alternative Plans that Has Brought Most of the Earth and Environmental Problems - What We Can Do is to Sleep At Night

ALTERNATIVE THREE

Then along comes ALTERNATIVE THREE, which suggested that the world was going to be destroyed, and that if the elite wanted to save themselves and a few hand-picked members of the human race, they must establish self supporting colonies on the moon and Mars, and then come back to earth to repopulate after the EARTH CHANGES are completed and the world has settled down. Hence we have what were called BATCH ASSIGNMENTS, in which large groups of people were simply ABDUCTED, taken to special camps, had their personalities and will DESTROYED, and were made into robotics slaves to carry out the work of colony establishment. That there are reports of large groups of people that have simply vanished during the TIMELINE of Alternative Three should be of no concern, should it?

Of course Alternative Three was declared a hoax, as were the Protocols. ALTERNATIVE THREE was declared to be a hoax, but ALTERNATIVE TWO, the digging of huge underground cities and a tunnel complex has been accomplished. Numerous reports of huge underground cities and underground highways have been given by eyewitnesses. Yet it is all declared a hoax!! Have the space colonies been established? If so, that requires advanced technology and space vehicles capable of high speed travel to be used as shuttle and transportation craft. Was Nazi technology used to establish ALTERNATIVE THREE? Are the numerous UFO sightings of "mother ships" actually ALTERNATIVE THREE VEHICLES? The Bible implies that ALTERNATIVE THREE IS AN ACTUAL REALITY, and points directly to America-Babylon as the chief instigator. It is also interesting that many of the moon mission photos that were given to the public as authentic have problems with "lighting" and the shadows don't fall correctly. The movie CAPRICORN ONE was about this very thing. Could it be that the general public was shown fake pictures because of activity on the moon would have been revealed? Or is "Alternative Three" more disinformation?

Dr. Peter Bater, a top intelligence operative in the CIA and NSA claimed we had colonies on the moon and Mars, and he said that YEARS AGO. He also claimed that the RICH MEN OF THE EARTH WERE BEHIND IT, especially ROCKEFELLER and ROTHCHILDS. He claimed that we had a WAR out there as well, called the WAR OF THE HARVEST MOON!! Bater is dead now, so no one knows. The ENIGMA continues!!!

Alternative Three

Alternative One - elimination of a huge portion of world population.

They are in the process of doing that.

Alternative Two - to build many underground bunkers, as large as small towns, to protect the government in seclusion until the surface population thinning was finished.
They have built over 200 such "underground cities". (Mt. Weather)

Alternative Three - to build a "transfer station" on the backside of the Moon, build an underground base on Mars and remove a certain limited "Noah's Ark" cross section of Earth's population, artists, scientists, engineers, writers, etc., to Mars as a survival colony in the event of "catastrophy" on Earth.

They started this project in 1961 and may have accomplished most of this as well.

By secret Executive Order of President Eisenhower, the Jason Scholars were ordered to study this scenario and make recommendations from their findings. The Jason Society CONFIRMED the finding of the scientists and made three recommendations called "Alternatives One, Two, and Three."

"Alternative One" was to use nuclear devices to blast holes in the Stratosphere from which the heat and pollution could escape into space. Change the human cultures from that of exploitation into cultures of environmental protection. Of the three this was decided to be the least likely to succeed due to the inherent nature of man and the additional damage the Nuclear explosions would themselves create.

"Alternative Two" was to build a a vast network of underground cities and tunnels in which a select representation of all cultures and occupations would survive and carry on the human race. The rest of humanity would be left to fend for themselves on the surface of the planet.

"Alternative Three" was to exploit the alien and conventional technology in order for a select few to leave the earth and establish colonies in outer space. I am not able to either confirm or deny the existence of "Batch Consignments" of human slaves, which would be used for the manual labor in the effort as a part of the plan. The Moon, code named "Adam," would be the object of primary interest followed by the planet Mars, code named "Eve."

During Eisenhower's first year in office, 1953, at least 10 more crashed discs were recovered along with 26 dead and 4 live aliens. Of the 10, 4 were found in Arizona, 2 in Texas, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Louisiana, 1 in Montana, and 1 in South Africa. There were hundreds of sightings. Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to the Congress. Early in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations Nelson Rockefeller for help with the alien problem. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of alien task supervision which was to become a reality within 1 year. The idea for MJ-12 was thus born. n 1953 Astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving toward the Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be Spaceships. Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communications. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the Equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project Sigma, and a new project, Plato, through radio communications using the computer binary language, was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this race of space aliens. In the meantime a race of human looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government. This alien group warned us against the aliens that were orbiting the Equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition. They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology which we then possessed. They believed that we would use any new technology to destroy each other. This race stated that we were on a path of self destruction and we must stop killing each other, stop polluting the Earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony. These terms were met with extreme suspicion, especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament. It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of an obvious alien threat. We also had nothing in history to help with the decision. Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States. The overtures were rejected.

As a delaying action, All THREE ALTERNATIVES included birth control, sterilization, and the introduction of deadly microbes to control or slow the growth of the Earth's population. AIDS is only ONE result of these plans. There are others. It was decided, since the population must be reduced and controlled, that it would be in the best interest of the human race to rid ourselves of the undesirable elements of our society. The joint U.S. and Soviet leadership dismissed "Alternative One," but ordered work to begin on Alternative Two and Three virtually at the same time.

In 1959, the Rand Corporation hosted a Deep Underground Construction Symposium. In the Symposium report, machines are pictured and described which could bore a tunnel 45 feet in diameter at the rate of five feet per hour. It also displays pictures of huge tunnels and underground vaults containing what appear to be complex facilities and possibly even cities. It appears that the previous five years of all-out underground construction had made significant progress by that time.

I saw these pictures with my own eyes while in Canada, but they have never seen the light of day in the United States! August 21^st 2001, the two moons of Mars, Phobos and Deimos, have disappeared! These two moons are very small, five miles and ten miles in diameter, so they are hard to see, but they have been visible for hundreds of years and on primitive equipment. So what has happened to them? I have always believed that due to the fact that these moons have unusual orbits and are very reflective, that they are artificial! Included in this scenario was the great threat of nuclear war, runaway greenhouse effect, out-of-control pollution and over-population (running out of necessary natural resources), and cataclysmic earthquakes and tidal waves caused by the periodic historical proven shifts of the Earth’s axis, as well as a comet projected to come too close to Earth. The first two alternatives involved using scientific technology and world negotiations with leaders to stop those disasters, but the experts believed that would be hopeless; as well as going underground on Earth which was also considered a bad idea.

Alternative 3 was to develop a top secret insiders space program with Majority (MJ-12) as a secret interplanetary state department in the Pentagon, and secretly build underground spaceports to live in on Mars and the Moon and surface domed manufacturing, mining, communications, and other centers. The ALTERNATIVE 3 astronauts landed on the Moon and built their own bases many years BEFORE the FIRST APOLLO ASTRONAUTS landed on the Moon in 1969, as the result of a secret treaty between the Pentagon and the Zetans. The Zetans helped the Department of Majority colonize the Moon with secret bases, and in exchange the Pentagon’s Majority Department helped the ZETANS colonize the United States with their own secret underground bases. The Pentagon decided that co-operating with the ZETANS was a better idea than being invaded!

The Zetans showed the Pentagon scientists how to Construct nuclear and mercury powered saucers, as well as space shuttles, rockets, and other N.A.S.A. technology that was inferior to the anti-gravity magnetic powered saucers of the Zetans and thus at a military disadvantage. Of course, our Presidents did not want to go on the six o’clock news to talk about how they made a top secret treaty with a violent conquering foreign planet that in the past nuked the Earth people! Not a bad reason for a big secret.

though the common point in the great women has been the majestic respect that they received - an honor they deserve. Men always have tried to be the kings and now made this world male power, the ego gender called new world order. The woman in the New World Order, the process of modernization has no significant place.

I believe if women are not proper respect and honor in a majestic way (not a pride but feeling proud of them that helps to have feelings of reverence and thus respect), the societies and cultures may turn into a survival fight as if in the jungles, the tribal people used to possess women as if animals as if to show that they have them as queens, a false recognition to fool them.

We know what mother, sister, cousin, wife, daughter and so many other relations have great depth and thus deserve a great honor. It is breaking up and the men gets superiority just by proving that the
modern men can have herd of women as fans or friends. It is psychological cheating in the absence of any philosophy and ethics that could have given added value system to our families both in the
east and the west.

So, we may ponder:

Should a bride be treated well only on the marriage ceremony?

My answer is no. What about other places that signify woman deserving respect and honor due to gender?

Thus, it seems to me at times that some men and even some women have ego as their gender. Now the concept of Tom Boy is an issue that may or may not be relevant as being brave is different from being egoistic or ironically accepting ego as a gender.

The above 3 women, Jane Austin, Florence Nightingale are from the west, and though from west, Mother Teresa lived and passed away in India, she was a saint. I also respect Carol Roach as the great woman, who is following the Golden Footprints left by the great Women of the World, particularly the in the West. She is also my ideal writer and a counselor.

City of Gardens Patiala Needs Sincere Attention to Baradari Garden and its Natural Beauty - A Gift that is a Royal Treasure

The trees are the most beautiful and more beautiful are the gardens. I used to write poems, while sitting close to the trees, gardens, rivers, and other similar place. My city is known as the City of Gardens. However, the present developments are making a negative effect as I always loved one of the most beautiful places in Patiala. It is the Baradari, the twelve doors to Gardens.

Now, it is developing into a place for commercial place and roads are widening while wiping the trees and other beautiful things present in the offices, official homes and near the roads. It seems to me as if we are looking at a dying beauty when it is just a change for no good. It could have been kept as it was, and still it can be stopped. So, I heartily appeal to authorities and the officials to save it.

All of this process of its shaping seems killing of natural beauty and thus the natural world that once only the royal family could visit and now it is open to public. I wish I could do something.

The Bhapur and Yadvindra Gardens of these gardens have been converted into residential complexes, although the gardens still contain a few rare and exotic species, a reminder of its vanished past.

The main Baradari Garden is a fascinating example of the 19th century landscaping. It includes a botanic garden, an ornamental garden, a rock garden, fountains, a greenhouse, Rajindera Park and a flower nursery. The garden has a fine underground network of pipes for irrigation and fountains, but it has not been used for the last few decades.

With the passage of time and various other factors, mainly political, the city is loosing its sheen. Time and again the existence of one or the other thing is under scanner and if this continues, it will not be long that the city would not have any historical thing to boast of. "

Self - Study and Learning - My University Lectures and Published Book

Well, as a teacher at high school, I did many works to improve my students. To my amazement, it resulted in a wonder, which I have as my beliefs for improving the teaching and learning process to make both the teachers, parents and students at ease and peace. These beliefs are as the skills, methods and the techniques. I noted my beliefs and published a book to promote these beliefs for Self Study and Learning, I gave it the name, Philselfology for Peace. The most important noted beliefs, while interacting with my students are as follows:

1.    OS-Belief: Out of syllabus, this is what we do when we are learning anything in the classroom or elsewhere, we recall and relate so many things which has nothing to do with what we are learning. Suppose our teacher tells us that earth revolves around the Sun and we may think that we revolve around the chocolate or our teacher may ask us "Why are the plants green?" and we reply "Sir, it is because the sky is blue." or perhaps "It is because they are green, sir. (Hope you are not a philosopher)". What we want to say is that is very hard to learn if we do not follow it, you see it helps us to keep our eyes on what we learn.

2.    5-Belief: Sounds, odd, well, sometimes, our efforts to learn and do self-study do not appear or come out to be fruitful. The five fruits are the good desire, thought, action, dedication and devotion, which our tree of wisdom gives, when our efforts water it. This need getting help from others as well as from our selves. All those who believe in religion, spiritualism and divinity know about the power of prayer. Even those who do not believe in religion, but believe in philosophy, psychology and the similar know the power of introspection, insight, concentration or even meditation etc. With this as a method we try to pray, meditate, introspect, and use insights etc. for betterment of our self-study and learning for peace of mind and studies.

3.    123-Belief: We meet and talk to great people of all times through books and or direct contact. If we indulge in the interactions as the first, second and the third person, we may not learn the art of communication. Without this art, the self-study and peace seem difficult to attain. Our feeling of reverence activates our Self Study and Learning through and from them. If we accept that we are dependent upon great people and experts, we will be able to learn more from them. It is parallel to saying that if we believe that we know and understand everything, we will be doing lesser SSL or perhaps not at all. The great learners always believe that there is much more to learn. It is 'practical thanks' to great people or experts. 123-Belief means if we do not respect and honor others, particularly our sources of learning, they will be helpless to stay, help and improve us.

Well with these three strong beliefs, I went to give lectures even to the postgraduate students and others, while finding that it works as a wonder. The difference of thought is present among teachers, parents, and students and between teachers and students, students etc. Well, if it affects our Self Study and Learning in any form, we may not learn and acquire the fruits, the gifts, which education, research, and thus the tree of wisdom offers us freely. I have this belief as a practical approach for self-felt learning giving the desired fruits.

Like all other scout and guide masters around the world, I have taken these 3 oaths on 14th of August, 1996, while obtained the Certificate of Basic Scout Master at the Tara Devi Camp, the hilly station near Shimla in Himachal Pardesh.

I received a Letter of Appreciation from District Education Officer as shown above.

The other letter is from my principal, Mr. I. B. Muirden where I studied 10+2 (Year 11 and 12) at Adelaide, South Australia. There was an Indian scout master.

Many of my readers and some friends think that I write bit roughly about western countries and in some cases about the Australia. It is totally false and wrong assumption. Why?

Reason: We know the people in the west never interfere with life of others, but some, a very few people have started to play tactics for changing public opinions in the west, and thus people in the advanced or the developed countries have started to give opinions, which they have never done in the human history before, and still avoid to do so when we discuss with them seeking any personal opinion.

It is dignity and standard of living in the civilized cultures, which need attention not just in the developed countries, but also in the developing countries. My point is not at all about any western country, but the ones, who create and thus influence the opinions. In my more than 24 months studies in Australia, I did not meet even a single person, who would ever give any opinion. What media says is not public opinion.

We the people in the east and west love one another, but the opinions promote business and marketing, and thus as I said it what I write or say has nothing to do with the nation or its public, but a very few people. I hope it clarifies my point.

Mental Health Care and Treatments in the Developing Countries – A Review

We have greater need for health care services in many parts of the
world, particularly in the developing countries, where it is not well
provided by the governments except in few cases. So, the private
sector plays an important role in it. If there is less attention paid
at the governmental hospitals and health care centers, the private
sector is not only costly, but there is so much competition that one
can go to any extreme to win the gold medal as the best service
provider. We discuss this great health concern in this review.

The worst that happens in such cases is that these doctors usually
join a penal that has higher authority than normal team of doctors. If
it happens to be team of doctors from around the world, it is not just
a penal, but a kind of NGO extension that can surpass even the
governments. To join such national and internal penal, one simply
need to prove not the medical standards, but the social pathology,
which one can claim even without being a expert of the field on which
the penal works. For example, the dental doctor can qualify to give
the sociological aspects blended with psychology in general. It can
include almost all faculties of knowledge that can add to such medical
works.

This very thing has been warned as not to over trust or rely on
others. Also being over suspicious is avoidable. However, many people
in mental cases, who are schizophrenic or religious usually, have
suspicious nature and doubts. This very nature of suspicion and
doubting is highly common among creative people, but in medical
manipulations it can be proved as mental sickness.

The doctors, who want medal does ignore the fact that people, who has
strong faith lack confidence and thus cannot hide their doubts, fears,
and thus suspicious nature as they use it for curiosity and creative
imagination for exploring the unknown, which is full of uncertainty
and thus the fear of unknown remains present. It has great effect on
the knowledge that gives confidence because without knowledge one
cannot be confident.

The person or patient with faith has interest in the invisible and
thus the unknown, the lack of knowledge about it keeps one fearful,
suspicious, doubtful, curious, nervous, and all that can be as if a
kind of danger of unknown. However, it does not constitute enough
evidence to prove that one is cynical and suspicious until one has
less than required knowledge, but the manipulator can easily prove it
in any way as mental problem or sickness.

It does not mean that people do not have mental problems. There are
98% of us facing some kind of mental problems, and only 2% do not face
as they are mad.

We take an example of a case in which the mental health care is
provided by the doctors, who are not related with this field, but try
to prove as all rounder. It makes things so serious and complicated
that one does not become a patient, but a victim. The reason for is
not lack of health services or medicines, but the irrelevant person
trying to be sharp. For example, if a doctor is of dental health care
(just an assumption as it can be from any specialization) and acts on
behalf of psychiatrist for observations, all will be based on the
observations for the given case. Now, the dental doctor can make the
medical observations in context of social pathology, in which the
network and web-work is not medical pathology, but social and thus we
may assume it as social pathology.

Now, in such cases, as the doctor have more rights than the civilians
and also patients. It can go to any extreme. This thing is not
detectable or traceable as the system does not allow such a minute
analysis or scrutiny. It is thus simply an inquiry in which the doctor
also acts as a lawyer because all doctors know about the right they
have and thus the medical law. The statements given by the patients
can be overruled as if given in state of anger or psychological
problem as is it is in the general law of the country.

When all evidences are given by the people, who are healthy and fully
aware and conscious, all witnesses go in favor of the medical sector.
All have one common fear, the evidence given against a doctor can be
as fatal as if it is not a doctor, but someone, who can take revenge
when the circumstances change, and thus can harm the family of the
patient cum victim. This threat is further protected by the doctors by
taking more rights from the governments. Thus, they become a kind of
authority that has more rights than they deserve, but there can be no
appeal against it. The reason is same, all of us need medical care and
if the medical sector gets witnesses that prove that all has something
hidden in the entire medical sector, the public or common people feel
afraid of it.

In my observations, I have noticed the doctors in many cases acting as
if armed forces or military acts. The reason is very simple, the
military or armed forces are needed for immediate action or operation
and the doctors all do the same. They have to acts quickly as
possible. It needs full freedom to act, the defense system, which
includes police also depend on what the doctors say. It makes the
entire system full of many problems that has deep roots.

The rivalry among the doctors in the private sector goes to extremes
against one another. The conspiracies that take place in the medical
sector and trying to hide all proofs make it a civilian justice court
in which the doctors may acts as lawyer, judge and healer
simultaneously. This makes a doctor not just a healer but also gives
the state of God, as when a life is saved one becomes a savior and
thus claims it. This very claim that one has simply tried to save a
life has all that can put to grave. Thus it graves the law and all
civilian rights. The families of the dead person a patient cum victim
also believes that their family member is getting the best possible.
The doctor can threat anyone in the name of disease and thus if not
cured can bring death.

No family wants death, so the family obeys all that is said by the
doctor. It does not mean that the doctors are wrong. All cannot be
thief and all cannot be saints. We are simply discussing about the
person, who uses a mask. We are thus talking about the mask not about
the person or in this case a doctor.

In our mental case, we have a patient, who if cured can make anyone a
great doctor. So, this invites the runners for the gold medal. It can
a patient of any other disease say AIDS, Cancer, TB, and the endless
list. However, if one is cured the medal is there. Thus, a doctor can
hire another doctor. It helps to make sure that the team work was done
in an authentic and ethical way. It has all copyrights, legal rights
and thus a seal that no one can ever reopen. It makes it a secret that
is never revealed. Now, the observations that one doctor makes, has
authority to do so. It helps to ensure that it was not unauthorized.

How much manipulation is there is yet another secret that the involved
team members may not even share with one another. It makes sure that
the doctor involved has done all things in such a way that a life is
saved. However, in the mental cases, the problems differ a bit, one
can become a dependent and some partially that favors few things,
which one by and with full conscience may never do start to play its
role. Thus, the basic problem is that whatever claims the team members
has made cannot be challenged as if one is contradict even for a
single statement or observation, the others are there, and above all
the law that protects it not as negligence, but a right thing while
doing the best possible.

We need special attention about how the medical tests and reports are
manipulated. For example, a sample of sweat or perspiration can give
lot of information, but it can be easily tempered or changed in such a
way that it is not possible to have any dispute. These hundreds of
proof constitute a long term, may be for 5-15 years, and thus trusted
record that no one can challenge.

These observations and records, which are basically tempered ones, can
constitute enough data and information to give a solid evidence to
make sure that all that goes as medical treatment fulfills the records
needed to prove anything – true or false is not the matter over here.

Let us raise another point that has a gist in such cases. In the
social pathology, a plan or conspiracy is well planned thing that is
often made to make a person suitable for certain task or experiment.
One going through such medical tests and experiments may not ever know
that it is the process of conditioning and thus even if one reveals
it, no matter false or true, one assumes or becomes a conditioned
person, while believing that one knows the truth. This is another
point of killing the conscience is conditioned way, which one accepts
as so called destiny. However, this destiny is well planned and one
goes through it for years or perhaps for generations.

We do not need to go into these details as nowadays, we understand
that one can easily become suspicious or doubtful, but it what the
traditions, cultures, religions and faiths do, but while one is fully
aware and conscious about the process. Our point here is about when
one is not conscious of what is happening with his or her family and
oneself.

Now, the problem that the team of doctors and the mental patient may
keep alive is to keep proving. If the patient does anything different
from the sealed report, it is alert for the team. They again do the
same circumstantial work to reprove it. Thus, it is the death of
conscience, which has been as if mesmerized. Then, the statements
given by the patient has no value in the higher authorities and world
community in general. If the patient says something in favor and
desirable it helps all, and if one does not hurt anyone at all.

The reason is again very simply. The wrong things said by the patient
are abnormal symptoms, which always has been justified from the
centuries. This is an easy way to make one schizophrenic and then
using the creative intelligence till the end of life. Such patients
include many researchers, whose behavior is normally schizophrenic.
The recognition has never been given to such people, but their works
are widely used as the raw material. They are simply the mental
laborers.

Now, the doctors that prove all that starts from abnormal to
schizophrenic and finally claiming it to be cured get the medals, the
recognition, name, fame and whatever they need. The patients remains
silently graved in the research reports saying that the treatments was
tried and found successful among 10, 0000 patients around the world
and the team that participated in it are as follows.

The patient has proud of being in the list of some 10, 0000 people,
who responded well to the treatments. It is very sad thing to say and
it is not at all a taunting or joking.

The patients are selected in such a way that if one gets aware, there
can be many ways and thus already set proofs that can show the gender
game playing in the audios and videos about how man is woman and woman
is man, a common problem that most of the youth learns from imitating
the opposite sex right from the childhood. If one is at subconscious
level and does something that is a proof, but surely it seems to
invite serious attention if one was brought to this level by medicines
or suggestions and thus the circumstantial effects that has a great
effect on human psychology. We in India have 8 categories of marriage,
about which are discussing just one. This is called the Pishaach
Marriage, in which one is medically abused with drugs to prove as
either immoral or all other that we can relate to sex and morality.

The medical panel in which one wants to check how a noble or person of
good character would feel if one has to go through unethical, immoral
and extra-martial relations, and such things can do greater harm than
good. We now know that medical sector wants to explore what controls
the conscience decisions, the essence of ethics and value system.
However, it is seduction in such a way that anyone can be proved
either tempted or immoral. This is common fear of all God fearing
people and those, who strongly value the commitments in human
relations. Now, the sex, will and moral have a great relation as one
relates to desires, one to determination and the last to ethics. The
sex is not the only factor, any desire to possess anything without
moral is cheating or immoral and thus mismanagement of desire. In it,
the Indian Philosophy and Psychology suggests 4 main points:

1. Duty (Dharma) – Philosophical Aspects
2. Money and Possessions (Arth) – Economical Aspects
3. Desire and Sex (Kama) – Psychological Aspects
4, Moksha (The Freedom of Self-liberation) – Spiritual Aspects

The priority to these is given equally as these are interrelated.

Now, without doing one's duty one is not mentally normal, if one does
not care for money and possession one is not mentally normal, if one
cannot control emotions leads to mental abnormality and finally if one
starts dwelling how others think and feel; one can never liberate from
this influence to have one's own thoughts and feelings. The last point
of self-liberation is to be a human with all that one learns from
self-experiences not from books or opinions of others about how one
should think, feel and act.

This makes it easier for the manipulating doctor to know and cheat
knowingly as this vast knowledge can be proved and disproved very
easily without any experiences as all it needs data and tests that can
be tempered and or manipulated. This thing is known and felt by
conscience. I strongly appeal to the doctors and the medical teams
involved in such works to take care that anyone among them does not
get the advantage of any type by manipulating to get name, fame,
recognition and all that has to do with the medal. Simply think about
the patient or conscience that goes through it, which is not humanly
way of working for evolution whether medically, technologically or any
other method.

Artificial Intelligence vs the human brain - A True Story

Here is a plea to all people working on Artificial Intelligence.

Please think about what you are doing, and try to avoid loose wiring.

My wife has suffered from Post-Natal depression ever since the birth
of our son 4 and half years ago. Yesterday, I took her into hospital
again to ensure that she is safe (she is plagued by voices at the
moment) whilst the new medication ramps up to a level which is
therapeutic for her.

This, as you may expect, is quite distressing for all of us. We have
support systems in place though, and my work are being frankly
fantastic about it all.

It gets me thinking though. I can program computers to get them to
behave in particular ways, but how do you rewrite the programming in a
brain.

I recently read 'Pragmatic Thinking and Learning - Refactor your
Wetware' by Andy Hunt (www.pragprog.com).

This is great for yourself, or even trying to suggest to others. I
have found some easy to apply tips and some which I need to get round
to trying, but one thing it shows is that we have set ways of doing
things. Our Logic/Linear-mode (L-mode) tends to be dominant, and seems
to have the most influence, unless, as the book suggests, we
deliberately try to get information from our Rich-mode (R-mode).

The key thing with this though is that we control the flow of
information, we determine if we will do it. We seem to have a
controlling Sensible-mode (S-mode).

And this is what I like about Computer Programming. A computer really
only sources from L-mode, and it allows the L-mode to control it. So I
can write a program that is logical, instructs the computer, and it
doesn't get anything else influencing it (well, assuming I have taken
care of external running factors such as OS, file locations...)

My wife though, is not controlling her own thoughts. What is, we don't
know, but not her. Her S-mode seems to lose it's control. Whether the
thoughts are L-mode or R-mode based (traditionally, it would look like
those things are "Right-brain" thought processes, although when she
explains her thoughts, you could argue the Logic-mode is having a
say).

Luckily, this time, my wife's S-mode seems to be working enough to
stop her finishing the act, but she is getting somewhere close to it
(popping enough pills out of a blister pack, but at the last minute,
throwing them in the bin instead of taking them).

So where am I going with this.

My opening request is to think about AI, and not introduce loose
wiring. Truly Artificial Intelligence should be able to think both in
L-mode and have R-mode, but with an overriding S-mode to control all
the thoughts.

I like programming because what I produce only has to act logically. I
am in turmoil because my wife has some 'loose wires' which are not
allowing her to act completely rationally, and I can't fix the bug in
the program to correct it.

If AI is a true goal of the computer technology industry, then lets
hope that the coding which goes into it won't allow for the loose
wires which screw up the controller, or else we might just have a lot
of depressive machines which need careful looking after whilst we feed
them lots of pill programs to try to make them better.

Here's hoping that the pills my wife is now taking soon start to sort
out her programming. I'm glad I never became a psychiatrist.

"Although still largely experimental, devices that decipher brain
signals are advancing quickly and allowing some fully paralyzed people
to interact with the world Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) can
trap the mind inside an immobile body. It destroys the nerves that
control muscles, eventually leaving patients without the ability to
speak or even flick their eyes to one side. In the past few years,
however, researchers have started to equip a few such "locked-in"
patients, including those paralyzed by stroke or other diseases, with
communication devices that unlock their minds.

For decades, science-fiction writers have envisioned computers that
communicate directly with the brain. Now a rapidly expanding clique of
researchers is making it a reality. A few laboratories started
developing these so-called brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) in the
1980s and have been refining them since then (Science, 29 October
1999, p. 888). Now several dozen teams have entered the field.
Together they're improving upon early BCI models and coming up with
new ways to read brain signals. According to BCI pioneer Jonathan
Wolpaw of the Wadsworth Center, part of the New York State Department
of Health in Albany, "it's a very exciting time; a lot of people are
getting involved."

Most BCIs read brain waves, the electrical impulses created by neural
activity that can be detected--albeit fuzzily--through the scalp. By
diligently controlling their mental activity, patients can choose
letters to spell words, guide a cursor, or direct crude robots. But a
rival circle of scientists is rapidly advancing a type of BCI that is
implanted inside the brain. Such devices tap into the more detailed
neural signals relayed by individual neurons. The most sophisticated
of these implanted BCIs have recently enabled monkeys to play video
games and even manipulate robotic arms. Whether the implanted devices
will actually lead to more versatile and workable BCIs than the
external type is a matter of fierce debate.

In the past few years, brain-wave BCI technologies have been advancing
rapidly, providing faster spelling, better cursor control, and headway
into prosthetics, environmental-control devices, and smart
wheelchairs. The advances are fueled in part by cheaper and more
sophisticated computer hardware and software, which has given BCI
researchers access to portable machines that perform complex
mathematical manipulations on the fly. Good old-fashioned funding
helps, too: The National Institutes of Health awarded $3.3 million in
late 2002 to a partnership headed by the Wadsworth group to further
develop software that can test several BCI systems to see which is
best for a patient. Researchers can also use the software to build and

The basic framework for BCI2000 is now complete, and Wolpaw expects
details to be published soon. It has four easily adaptable modules
that handle the four essential functions of a BCI. One takes the raw
brain signal, amplifies it, and encodes it digitally. Another extracts
the desired features of the brain signal, such as a mu rhythm or P300
signal, and translates that signal into a command, such as movement of
a cursor in a certain direction. The third controls a device, say, one
that navigates the Internet or operates a prosthetic arm. And the
fourth allows a user to start and stop the BCI and to specify details,
such as the speed, of its operation.

The software has already had an impact on the field. In spring 2002,
South Florida's Donchin needed to upgrade his BCI, which was
incompatible with state-of-the-art PCs, so he could start testing
disabled patients. Donchin met with Wolpaw and Schalk at a BCI
conference in Rensselaerville, New York, in June 2002 and described
his predicament. Schalk volunteered to do the necessary programming on
BCI2000. Within 2 weeks, Schalk managed to get Donchin's BCI up and
running, enabling Donchin to bring it to New York City to test it on
his first patient (this author's father) in September.

Georgia State's Moore and her colleagues are using BCI2000 to develop
an environmental-control system that allows a user to turn on and off
lights, a television set, and a radio with brain waves. They've also
built a communication system in which a person can select words from a
list of nouns, verbs, and objects, and that will predict words and
even conversations, potentially providing faster communication than
traditional spellers allow. Their Web browser causes a cursor to hop
from one Web link to the next in response to altered brain signals.

So far these prototype applications have been largely tested on
simulated brain signals, but Moore has just started testing them on
healthy volunteers and will soon include patients with spinal cord
injuries or early-stage ALS. Eventually, Moore plans to run all of
these applications on a laptop mounted to a smart wheelchair under
development that will also be controlled by brain waves.

The other point is that it can create opinions, change them, make one
hate or love.

For example, one may start loving China or Hate it based on this
experiment. The same is true for Musical and any other religion,
community, civilizations and far more that words do not allow.

It has brought all human values, ethics and philosophical thinking to
collapse in the laboratories. The terrorism in the world, wars, and
all that we see, hear or view in media is just hiding this grave
experimentation leading to extinction of human wisdom.

We need to pay attention to it lest it is too late. Please pray or
seek that this global and thus universal suffering must come to an end

It seems that the group of richest people are now running the world in
science, trade and technology. They make all scientists and
technologists to work for them. They are not many, but if anyone
opposes them they work as if a mafia.

The politicians and global market is set by them all possible ways to
benefit them in the best possible.

Most of the global movements that seem philanthropic, religious,
education and thus all that make more earning is just their tools. It
simply keeps public silent.

Thus, no one knows, who is the boss. However, our systems are thus has

Kerala: Asia's Cradle of Christianity - Saint Thomas, the only Apostle who went outside the Roman Empire to preach the Gospel

Thomas the Apostle, also called Doubting Thomas or Didymus (meaning
"Twin"), was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. He is best known for
disbelieving Jesus' resurrection when first told of it, then
proclaiming "My Lord and my God" on seeing Jesus in John 20:28. He was
perhaps the only Apostle who went outside the Roman Empire to preach
the Gospel. He is also believed to have crossed the largest area,

St. Thomas Christians and other Christian sects in Kerala History

The St. Thomas Christians of Kerala firmly believe that St. Thomas the
Apostle is the father of Christianity in India. According to their
tradition, he landed at Maliankara, near Cranganore in 52 A.D. He
preached Christianity first among the Jews and then converted twelve
Brahmin families from whom the Syrian Christians trace their
genealogy. St. Thomas also founded seven churches at the following
places: Maliankara, Palayur, Kottakavu, Quilon, Niranom, Nilakkal,
and Chayal. After several years of work in Malabar, the Apostle went
to the Coromandel Coast (East Coast) where he was assassinated by
irate Brahmins (or by a hunter) in 72 A.D. This tradition along with
many others legends is found in ancient Christian songs (seventeenth
century and later) like the Veeradian Pattu, Thomma Parvom, and Margom
Kali Pattu. The Acts of St. Thomas, an apocryphal work by the Syrian
Bardesan (220 A.D.) also mentions the missionary work and martyrdom of

The lure of spices attracted traders from the Middle East and Europe
to the many trading ports - Calicut, Cranganore, Cochin, Alleppey and
Quilon - long before the time of Christ. And it was on a trading
vessel plying between Alexandria and the Malabar coast that St. Thomas
the Apostle arrived in Cranganore in 52 AD.

There he began preaching the Gospel. His teachings were accepted not
only by those who chose to become Christians but also by those who
chose to remain Hindus. The teachings eventually got integrated into
the beliefs and traditions of the local communities, into their family
history, into their songs and dances. St. Thomas established seven
Christian communities or churches in Kerala. They are in Cranganore,
Paravur(Kottakavu), Palayoor, Kokkamangalam, Malayattoor, Niranam,
Chayal (Nilackal) and Kollam (Quilon). Throughout Kerala, one can find
Christian families that are proud to claim descent from ancestors who
were baptized by Apostle Thomas. Sankarapuri, Pakalomattom and
Maliekal are the prominent ones. Some details of this combined
tradition may be found in songs - the "Rabban Pattu", the "Veeradyan
Pattu", the "Margam Kali Pattu" and others that now exist in written
records.

The Church in Kerala had a high missionary spirit. Christians from
Malabar spread their faith as far as Maldives and Indonesia.

St. Thomas Christians were considered high caste, along the Hindu
tradition, with special privileges granted by the kings. The
archdeacon was the head of the Church, and Palliyogams (Parish
Councils) were in charge of temporal affairs. There were women

Hypnosis is Used in Study of Emotions

(NaturalNews) There is a lot still to be learned about emotions.
Approximately 20 years ago, researchers were under the impression that
emotions and feelings originated with the heart, not the brain. They
also believed that emotions could not be measured with scientific
research. In more recent years, researchers have found that emotions
can play a major role in a person's overall health. A non-invasive way
to study feelings and emotions is through the use of hypnotherapy and
brain images (Brain & Emotions Research).

Feelings and emotions are created from one's own perception. When a
person feels a specific emotion, it is usually triggered by a thought
and this thought is triggered by a past experience. This process can
occur consciously or unconsciously without a person realizing it.
Examples of emotions include happiness, joy, and contentment which are
all positive emotions. Negative emotions include fear, anger, and
pain.

Basically, there are good emotions and bad emotions. Emotions reside
in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind tells the conscious
mind how to feel. Of course, people would rather feel good emotions
instead of bad emotions. The subconscious mind can be accessed using
hypnosis to change negative emotions into positive emotions (Oso).

One study looked at hypnotic suggestion, emotions, and pain. Hypnotic
suggestion was used to induce specific emotions. Then, the researchers
looked at how the various emotional states affected pain. They found
negative emotions such as fear and sadness increased the level of
perceived pain in participants. However, when positive emotions were
hypnotically induced, the positive emotions that resulted were static
and did not continue to increase. The significance of this study is
that certain emotions can be created with hypnosis without side
effects. The induction of hypnosis gives more control to the
researcher and does not create secondary emotions.

Other studies have used hypnosis on the study of emotions using both
highly suggestible and low suggestible participants. When highly
suggestible participants were given hypnotic suggestions to be
'emotionally numb' or unaffected by either positive or negative
emotions, researchers found that they were not susceptible to the
emotions and that the hypnotic suggestions were able to produce a
numbing affect on their emotions. When comparing highly suggestible
people to low suggestible people, the highly suggestible participants
experience more emotional numbing (Rainville, 2002).

The study of hypnotic suggestions plays a positive role in studying
the science of emotions. It gives researchers control over what
emotions to induce. By studying both highly suggestible people and low
suggestible people, it gives researchers greater insight into the
study of emotion.

The new rules of imperialism: Economic warfare, consumer products and disease exports

History tells us that imperialist nations quite predictably invade
weaker nations on a regular basis... especially when those weaker
nations happen to be standing on valuable natural resources like oil
or uranium. Thanks to this desire for strategic control over
territories, the twentieth century was the bloodiest in human history,
with more people being lost to war, greed and conquest than during any
single century in recorded history (including the centuries spanning
Greek and Roman civilizations).

War remains as supported as ever today, and in fact, many nations
actually thirst for war. Just look at the pro-war coverage on Fox News
and the unending war games being played on computers and game consoles
by young men who find entertainment in war. (In fact, the U.S. Army is
actually recruiting young men now through a free, downloadable video
game that teaches young boys how to pick up a rifle and kill people
with it.)

Why some nations create war

The people of some nations actually create war (or support it) in
their quest to express a sense of nationalistic heroism. Failing
nations need heroes, and when those heroes are no longer found in the
realms of science, art, politics or global achievement, they will be
fabricated from the false victories of war.

The tearful American mom whose son dies in Iraq is, indeed, suffering
a tremendous personal loss, but her loss is a necessary part of
feeding the population's desire to proclaim there are heroes among
them. Through the sacrificing of young men who are killed in Iraq, the
people of America can find common connection, righteousness, and
purpose where none existed before. War gives meaning to empty lives,
and it delivers a masochistic form of entertainment to those who are
too young, too old or too wealthy to participate. This is precisely
why, throughout human history, the leaders of failing nations have
habitually turned to military imperialism as a method to distract the
people from far more serious problems at home. When the sons of a
nation are returning home in body bags, nobody pays much attention to
failures in education or the economy.

This is not to say that there are not some instances in which going to
war has genuine justification. When a nation is threatened by an
invading force, for example, going to war to defend your own land
against invading aggressors is not only necessary, it is also truly
heroic. Defending your own land is courageous; invading your
neighbor's land is cowardly. (Some people claim, by the way, that the
only way to protect America's land is to invade other countries first.
This concept, called "preemptive war" is based on mass distortions
used to falsely justify actions of war.)

In America today, the thirst for war remains as strong as ever. But
the real war being waged on the world right now by America is not
merely found in the limited military action in the Middle East. That's
only the blunt instrument of this war. The real American invasion is
happening through foods, medicines, personal care products,
international banking and intellectual property law. Through the
proliferation of fast food restaurants, pharmaceutical companies,
chemically-contaminated consumer products and similar items invented
in America, the world is being bombarded by systems of food, medicine
and distorted intellectual property claims that are producing far more
casualties than any bombs-and-bullets war.

How to control a nation

In World War II, the Germans attempted to steal natural resources from
neighboring nations by forcefully occupying and controlling the
targeted territories. Today, war is far more sophisticated: America
steals national resources by patenting seeds, genes, medicines and
ideas, then applying economic and political pressure against targeted
nations to forcefully take a cut of their productivity through the
application of intellectual property law. Only Thailand has offered
any sort of resistance in an attempt to protect its people from the
predatory, monopolistic drug pricing of Big Pharma, for example, but
most countries just go right along and pay tribute to the western
world through outrageous patent royalties on medicines that should
belong to the people.

If that's not enough to dominate the targeted nation's economy,
America sends in the World Bank. The World Bank makes predatory loans
to desperate nations, knowing full well they cannot pay them back. It
then uses the leverage of debt to invade those nations with western
financial institutions. Those banks and lending institutions
subsequently turn around and engage in predatory financial practices
that soak the people of the target nation, skimming off productivity
and exporting it back to the West where rich white men cash in
billions without a single honest day's work.

The World Trade Organization, for its part, makes sure that targeted
nations comply with imperialistic western trade practices. The huge
push of Big Tobacco into Asia, for example, is the result of support
by "world trade" proponents who threatened to impose trade sanctions
against Asian nations if they tried to ban cigarette advertising.
Today, more than a third of Chinese men are addicted to cigarettes,
generating billions in annual profits for Big Tobacco companies who
are right now producing more Chinese casualties than any war in
China's long history.

Western medicine is also invading the continents around the world,
bringing its expensive, heartless and corporate-controlled system of
medicine to nations who were actually far healthier, happier and more
financially solvent before America showed up with all its patented
chemicals. Chinese medicine, for example, is routinely discredited in
China by arrogant Chinese doctors who went to med school in America
then returned home to betray their own fellow citizens. Drug companies
see China's one billion people as nothing more than revenue-generating
patients, and convincing all those people to take more medicines will
require a well-planned, well-funded economic and philosophical assault
on Chinese medicine. Essentially, Big Pharma must find a way to
disconnect the Chinese from their heritage, turning them all into
depressed, diseased "white" consumers whose medical mythology worships
the falsehoods of western reductionism.

How to end cruelty to people, animals and nature, and create a world without war and environmental destruction

What is cruelty? It is any harmful action taken against another living
entity that disregards its consciousness or awareness. In this essay,
we'll explore some of the levels of cruelty: how it happens, how it's
defined, and what we can do to help end cruelty and enhance compassion
in the world. Cruelty exists in three distinct realms: cruelty against
mankind, cruelty against animals, and finally, cruelty against nature.

Let's start with cruelty against mankind, in which one individual may
be cruel to another for a variety of reasons, usually relating to
gaining personal control over resources (food, money, etc.) or other
people. This concept of personal gain is an important factor in
understanding human cruelty, since individuals are usually only cruel
to others because they gain something from it. In fact, this is
designed into our behavior and has been carried through our ancestry
for hundreds of thousands of years. Picture this: two cavemen are
sitting around a fire at the end of the day. One spent hours gathering
berries, and the other has nothing. The caveman with nothing can
attack the caveman with the berries, take his fruit, and be all the
more successful for it, at least in terms of survival and control of
resources.

From an anthropological point of view, there is an incentive for
deceit, theft, and even harming other individuals, as long as it
results in some sort of personal gain. In fact, we see this across
virtually all species, but especially in those that are most closely
related to humans, such as primates.

Today, we see the very same thing happening when one nation attacks
another nation in order to control its resources. Attacking a nation
to take control of its oil supply is essentially the same as beating a
caveman over the head and stealing his berries. It just goes to show
how little we've actually advanced over the years.

This brings us to a salient point: ending cruelty requires moving past
our ancestral roots, and past the behaviors that are programmed into
us because they once helped us succeed in an uncivilized world. Today
we have to recognize that cruelty is not acceptable in the
international community. It is not acceptable to attack and kill other
human beings for any reason, and certainly not to take control of
their resources in order to enrich ourselves.

Likewise, it is not acceptable to exploit poverty-wage labor in
third-world countries in order to enrich corporations and their CEOs
in developed nations. But this is no anti-trade rant: free trade is
essential for lifting poor nations out of poverty, but only when
combined with mechanisms that respect the sanctity of human life such
as safe working conditions, living wages, and a system of recognizing
private property ownership for the poor. Read "The Mystery of Capital"
by Hernando DeSoto, which is among the most important economic books
of the last 100 years, to learn the real reasons why free trade has
failed to provide economic freedoms for underdeveloped nations (and
what we can do to change that).

Beyond war and economics, we also see cruelty in the world of
medicine. Conventional medicine has a long and sordid history of using
human beings for medical experiments, even right here in the United
States. In fact, news recently surfaced about a hospital that had been
using retarded children in radiation experiments.

This and many other medical experiments have been conducted on living,

against these people, and that it refuses to recognize the
consciousness, spirit or awareness of these individuals. Just because
someone cannot speak in words that we understand, or communicate with
us in the manner in which we are used to communicating, doesn't mean
that they don't feel pain, fear, pleasure or love. Thus, these medical
experiments are a horrifying form of cruelty, and many continue to
this day (behind closed doors, of course).

Mike: A lot of people are familiar with detox, but some are not, and
from a nutritional standpoint, they certainly may not be familiar with
what it involves. What type of detox do you focus on?

Dr. Haas: Well, detoxification involves getting rid of things from the
body as well as stopping toxins and irritants in the body, those
things that our body does not handle well or that cause damage,
inflammation, irritation or over-stimulation in the case of caffeine
or over-sedation in the case of alcohol. Now, when people think of
detox, they think of drug addicts who need to go into a detox center.
However, there are many others who could benefit from detox. It is
really the more common, everyday people who have habits that I call a
SNACC -- which stands for sugar, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and
chemicals. Probably well over 90 percent of people have a habit of at
least one of these substances. I think over time our habits are what
create our problems, especially what we eat.

Mike: So, that's sugar, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and chemicals?

Dr. Haas: SNACC -- sugar, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and chemicals.
The chapters in the book, The New Detox Diet, cover each of those.

Mike: When you say chemicals, what type of chemicals are you referring to?

Dr. Haas: I am referring to food chemicals in processed foods, food
additives, food coloring and food flavoring. I am referring to
chemicals that we use in over-the-counter medicines and even
prescription medicines. I am not telling people just to go off all
these things, although getting off the food chemicals certainly does
not hurt.

I find if we go through the detoxification process, we do not just
turn to medicines or drugs. If we do not feel well, we more clearly
ask ourselves, "Why am I not feeling well? What is the problem? What
are the causes of this problem?" We do this through an integrated
approach, and we don't just say, "What can I take to make this to go
away?"

We focus more on why a problem is present and what is needed for
healing. Typically, one of my overall philosophies in medicine and
healthcare is that our body -- and how we feel and how we look and
whether we are healthy or not -- is result of our life. It has to do
with our genetics, our upbringing and the way we go about living --
our diet, our exercise levels and our stresses. Even illnesses that we
have had over time and how we went about treating them can be a
factor.

We often just treat symptoms with drugs and don't really work on why
the symptoms presented themselves in the first place. Most of us do
not live perfectly. Most of us do not live in a way that creates
disease. I encourage people to support health. I do what I call
"health care," and I do less "disease care." In other words, I focus
people on the positive -- the things that they can do -- and also on
the negative -- the things that they should avoid. Detoxification
involves both things. There are a lot of positive actions we can take,
and there are also things to avoid, so there are two aspects of
detoxification and preventative medicine.

Mike: Right.

Dr. Haas: The basic ideas of lifestyle medicine and preventative
medicine include nutrition, exercising and moving the body to keep it
working and flexible, getting proper sleep, learning to manage stress
and keeping a positive attitude. What I have found since I became a
doctor in early 70s is that I must get people to shift their attitude
to a more positive one and remind them that this is the only body they
have, so they must think, "I am going to love it, and I am going to
take care of it." If I can instill that attitude and inspire that
attitude in my patients or people who read my books or people who hear
me speak in public, they are likely going to eat better and exercise
and make sure they get proper sleep and can deal with stressors.
Attitude is really an important factor.

Mike: I want to talk about your philosophy that certain elements of
nutrition are necessary but others -- like the elements SNACC -- must
be avoided. What are the common criticisms you hear about this? Have
you heard the criticism like, "People should enjoy life and not try to
avoid everything that we say is causing disease?" What is your
response to that kind of criticism?
