Can A Poor or Unemployed Think and Feel about One's Country?

Only some people, who are in jobs or work has the right to think and
take all decisions to prove that they are the only ones, who are
patriotic ones in the nation. I wonder and cannot prove that I can or
do feel concerned for my country. If it is so they are the shepherd
and we the public are herds. Thanks!
